Spa Therapy: History of spas, the physical properties, of water, the uses of water in spa therapy, therapies in spas, spa health and safety, the mind- body connection, types of spa.

Reflexology: Reflexology introduction, hygiene, health & safety, principles and practices of complementary therapies, anatomy, physiology and pathologies, client consultation, contra- indications, equipment & products, mapping of reflex points, reflexology routine, business practice for complementary therapies.

Assist the Spa Therapist Conduct the Spa Treatment: Hydrotherapy effects, thermal effects, hydrostatic effect, mechanical effects, chemical effects, effects of hot water, effects of cold water, bath techniques, therapeutic baths, types of spa showers, ayurvedic face treatments, hand & foot treatments.
